LARGE EVENT COVERAGE

For events with higher attendance, expanded coverage is essential to ensure every important moment, guest interaction, and program highlight is thoroughly documented. With 151–250 guests, activity is often happening simultaneously across multiple areas—such as cocktail hours, main programs, breakout spaces, and networking moments—and a single photographer cannot consistently capture it all without gaps. This level of coverage is designed to provide complete, seamless storytelling from start to finish.
Our enhanced event coverage includes additional professional staffing and strategic coordination to capture a wider range of perspectives, candid guest experiences, décor details, speakers, and brand activations. Images undergo careful selection and professional color correction to maintain a cohesive, high-quality gallery that accurately reflects the energy and scale of your event.
Final images are delivered through a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing, with standard usage rights for personal or internal business use such as marketing, social media, and organizational archives. SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER
POLICY
For events exceeding 150 guests, a second photographer is required as part of our quality standard. Larger events involve multiple moments happening at once—guest arrivals, networking, stage programming, décor details, and candid interactions—and one photographer alone cannot consistently capture all perspectives without gaps.
A second photographer ensures comprehensive documentation, varied angles, and balanced coverage of both posed and candid moments. This approach results in a richer, more dynamic gallery that reflects the full experience of your event while maintaining consistent image quality and storytelling from start to finish.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Coverage time begins at the scheduled start time and runs continuously to ensure seamless documentation of your event. Additional hours may be added at the same hourly rate if your timeline extends or if you decide you’d like more coverage on the day of the event.
Travel outside the local service area may incur an additional fee depending on distance and event requirements. All final images are professionally reviewed, color-corrected, and delivered through a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing with your team or guests. Standard usage rights are included for personal or internal business purposes, providing you with high-quality images ready for marketing, social media, and organizational archives.
