An electronically submitted Booking Form and a non-refundable deposit of $150 are required to reserve the dates and times of the Event(s) along with your 1st or full payment for the remaining balance within 3 or 7 days depending on your selected payment option.


Booking Process

Following your booking submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided and a member our staff will send you any applicable invoice(s) via email and/or Msg including your deposit, remaining balance, due date and payment schedule depending on your selected payment option ("Pay in Full" or "Party Now, Pay Later"). A required payment of the 1st installment is due within 7 days following the invoice any of the "Party Now, Pay Later" payment options, while the "Pay in full" payment option requires the remaining balance to on booking page or within 3 days through invoice


When Do I Pay?

$150 deposit at booking page

If you selected a "Party Now, Pay Later" payment method: Within 7 days of receiving an invoice for your 1st payment of your installment for the remaining balance.

If you selected Pay in Full: On our booking page or through invoice within 3 days.


Payment Options


For "Pay in Full" option, the remaining balance is due 3 days following your booking confirmation or if previously discuss with the 360 Photo Swirl staff, your final balance can be paid at LATEST on the day of your event through invoice.


For "Party Now, Pay Later" option, all payment schedules will follow after your booking confirmation date.


Pay 2 payments(x every 2 weeks): Payment schedule example:

  • Full Rental Price: $400 -Deposit: $150. Remaining balance is $250. $250 will be split according to your payment schedule|Date: August 1st (1st Payment *7 days after invoice*): $125 |  Date: August 15th |(2nd Payment): $125| Rental balance is paid off.

Pay 4 payments (x every 2 weeks): Payment schedule example:

  • Full Rental Price: $400 - Deposit: $150 = $250. |Date: August 1st (1st Payment *7 days after invoice*): $62.50|   |Date: August 15th (2nd Payment): $62.50| |Date: August 29 (3rd Payment)| |62.50 Date: September 5th (4th Payment): 62.50| Rental Paid Off 

Late Fees

If you do not pay your 1st installment within those seven (7) days of receiving your invoice, there will be an additional 5 day attempt with a $10 late charge per day; Maximum of $50 in late fees. After the total maximum of 5 days of attempting to receive payment following invoice, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded or transferable. If you wish to create another reservation, you will need to submit another booking form along with another deposit for the event(s). In an event that you have unpaid late fees or payments on your booking date, your event will not be serviced until any applicable late fee are paid. "Party Now, Pay Later" future due dates are not applicable.


Extended Booking Fees

Extended booking fees ONLY apply when the Client decides to extend their reservation time DURING their event. In this event, each additional hour will be $100. This payment is required PRIOR to the departure of the 360 Photo Swirl staff from your event unless an alternate agreement was discussed.


Booking in Advance

You MUST book a minimum of 2 days in advance for your event.


Minimum Booking Time

You MUST book a minimum of 2 hours for your event


Grace Period

We have a 15 minute grace period following the reserved time. Which states that if there are any of the Client attendees or invited guests still occupying the Photo Booth(s) for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time, the Client will not be charged for additional time fee.


Reschedule, Postpone or Cancel

If you need to reschedule, postpone or cancel your event, it must be within a minimum of 7 days before the event for a refund of only the payments made AFTER the deposit. Please note any applcable late fees will also not be refunded ("Pay in Full" amount or any installments paid with "Party Now, Pay Later option"). To do so, simply go to your booking confirmation email and click the link at the bottom of the page. If cancelled, rescheduled or postponed within 6 days or less, your payment agreement will be terminated henceforth and hold no further obligations, but you will NOT receive a refund of any payment made prior, including any installment(s).


Weather conditions: For events outdoors, the client is responsible for monitoring anticipated weather conditions that could damage our equipment and if necessary, reschedule, postpone or cancel in the required time (see above). In the event that inclement weather occurs, the client would be responsible for providing protection for the equipment and paying for any damages that occurs during the event see Terms and Conditions

Force Majeure: In the event that the assigned attendant from the Company is unable to perform due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the Company, the Company will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of the Service Fee.


Venue and Location Limitations: 360 Photo Swirl is limited by the rules and regulations of the venue, location and site management for any Event. The Client agrees to accept the results of their imposition on the Company. Negotiation with the venue or site management regarding the application of any rules and regulations is solely the Client’s responsibility; the Company will offer technical recommendations only and shall bear no liability if such rules or regulations prevent the Company from performing all or part of the services.



Change in Event Time and/or Date:NO DATE OR TIME CHANGE IS GUARANTEED. If a Client changes the event time and/or date through our Rescheduling page within the period of no less than 7 days prior to initial date, the Client shall remain in the same selected payment agreement (unless changed) of the then-current price for such event. Successfully rescheduling your event will void previous submission details in which the Company will oblige to the new booking information. If the customer is unable to reschedule for their desired event date(s) and/or time(s) after exercising efforts to do so, you will be refunded any prior payments, including installments made AFTER deposit. The booking page will not authorize the client to change, postpone or cancel any event(s) within less than seven (7) days. In any other attempts to do so, 360 Photo Swirl shall have no obligation to deviate from our booking policy to accommodate the request.


The client understands that in the instance that you successfully cancel an event to either reschedule or postpone, that action will allow other clients to book that spot, so we can not guarantee that it will remain if you change your mind.


Extended Booking Time


If the Client decides to extend their booking time DURING their event, the Client MUST get approval from the Event Coordinator, in which the Client agrees to be charged an additional one hundred and fifty(150) dollars every hour that exceeds the agreed event time. If a client does not get approval from the event coordinator and proceeds to exceed the agreed time, the client agrees to be charged an additional two hundred (200) dollars for every hour that is exceeded. Any extended bookings at the time of event will be included in an invoice that be due forty-eight (48) hours after the event adding to any other payment obligations.  Furthermore, we DO NOT offer thirty (30) minute extension, if a Client does not use the entirety of their booking time, the Client agrees to pay The Company for time submitted on the booking form or additional extended time.

Service Areas


360 Photo Swirl ONLY services the DMV area, which is the 60 mile radius surrounding the WASHINGTON DC area. The client is responsible for acknowledging our service area and confirming  that their location aligns with it. If a client is unsure about their location they are responsible for contacting us prior to booking on our booking page. In the event that a client books a location outside of our radius through our booking  page, the booking will be cancelled and a transaction fee of 2.9% and 30 cents will be deducted from the refund amount.
